Nurses On Wheels Inc. Home Health provides quality Home Health in the comfort of the Patient’s home. When the need for Home Health services arise, the care will be initiated with an order from the physician. The initial order may be obtained by calling our agency directly, or by going through your physician and placing a request for our services. The agency will receive specific orders from the physician for the patient’s Home Health needs and will keep the physician updated on the patient. The patient will be evaluated and a Plan of Care will be established to meet every aspect of patient palliative care. Home Health care services will begin immediately upon admission.
